How To Make Dan’s Turkey Burger Recipe

Juicy turkey burgers seasoned to perfection, topped with cheese and avocado on a brioche bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 brioche buns

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.

  3. Heat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.

  5. Assemble burger with patty, sliced avocado, and brioche bun.
