Ingredients

  • 8 cups of French bread, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup of red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 stick of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs, green onions, celery, red bell pepper, yellow onion, parsley, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Pour melted butter into the mixture and stir well.

  4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish.

  5. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
