How To Make Bennigans Chicken Tenders Recipe
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, these chicken tenders are a delicious crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and water.

Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.

Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken.

Heat 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
