How To Make Chocolate Candy Bar Cookies Recipe
Crunchy cookies with gooey chocolate-filled centers, dotted with bits of candy bar.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate candy bar (about 5 fun size bars)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped candy bar.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
