How To Make Parmesan Spring Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into beaten eggs, then coat both sides with the breadcrumb mixture.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
