  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon-honey mixture over them, making sure they are evenly coated.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is golden brown.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
