How To Make Chicken Thigh Marinade

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and olive oil.

  2. Place chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  4. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.

  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.

  6. Grill chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side, or bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
