How To Make Chicken Thigh Marinade

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and olive oil.

Place chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.

Grill chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side, or bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
