How To Make Crunchy Fruit & Nut Cereal

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, dried apricots, and dried cherries.

In a small saucepan, heat honey and vanilla extract over low heat until it becomes liquid.

Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well to combine.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, break the cereal into small clusters.

Serve with Greek yogurt and enjoy!
