- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chopped jalapeños.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs.
