Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of pie crust
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust onto a floured surface and brush it with melted butter.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the pie crust.

  5. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pie crust.

  6. Slice the rolled crust into 1-inch thick slices and place them in a greased baking dish.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.

  8. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.

  9. Once the rolls are done, drizzle the glaze over them while they are still warm.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
