Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.

  3. Add cabbage, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is wilted.

  4. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 equal pieces.

  5. Spoon the meat and cabbage mixture onto one side of each dough piece. Fold over and seal edges.

  6. Place bierocks on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
