  • 2 cups einkorn flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the einkorn flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add the buttermilk to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently shape into a round loaf.
