How To Make Einkorn Soda Bread

- 2 cups einkorn flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

In a large bowl, whisk together the einkorn flour, baking soda, and salt.

Add the buttermilk to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently shape into a round loaf.

Place the loaf onto the prepared baking sheet and score a deep cross on the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
