- 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 cups of bread flour
- 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast
Instructions

Place the warm water, olive oil, honey, salt, bread flour, and active dry yeast into the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select the dough cycle and start the machine.

Once the cycle is complete, remove the dough from the machine and place it on a floured surface.

Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.

Cover the loaf pan with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the bread for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
