How To Make Navy Bean Soup Recipe

- 1 cup dried navy beans, soaked overnight
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Drain and rinse the soaked navy beans in cold water.

In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the carrots and celery, and cook until vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the navy beans, bay leaf, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
