  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Dip each chicken ball into the beaten eggs, then roll them in breadcrumbs.

  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken balls in batches for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
