  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the peanut butter, coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes (if using).

  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture is well combined and heated through, about 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool slightly.
