- 2avocados,ripe, optional
- ½lime
- 6cupswatermelon,diced
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tspcider vinegar
- ¼cupfresh mint,chopped
- salt and pepper,to taste
- ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
