How To Make Shrimp Quesadillas Recipe
A mouthwatering Mexican dish with crispy tortillas filled with succulent shrimp, gooey cheese, and flavorful spices.

Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 lb. of cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
- 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp. of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. of cumin
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp with the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Place a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle some cheese on half of it.

Add some shrimp, bell peppers, jalapeno, and red onion on top of the cheese.

Fold the tortilla in half and press it down with a spatula.

Brush the top with some olive oil and place it on the skillet or griddle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
