- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce until well coated.

Place the bottom halves of the hamburger buns on a baking sheet and top each with a scoop of the BBQ chicken mixture.

Top each sandwich with a slice of cheddar cheese.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
