Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger patties
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of frozen fries
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger patties according to package instructions.

  2. Toast the bread slices and set aside.

  3. Cook the frozen fries according to package instructions and set aside.

  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  5. Add the milk and cheddar cheese to the saucepan and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. To assemble the horseshoe, place a slice of bread on a plate.

  7. Top with a hamburger patty, a handful of fries, and a generous amount of cheese sauce.

  8. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 horseshoes.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
