- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices of bread
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
