  • 4 tomatoes, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture and toss to combine.
