  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and the chicken is evenly coated with the dressing.
