  • 10ozFrench onion soup,condensed
  • 10ozbeef broth,(or 1¼ cups) condensed
  • 1/2cupunsalted butter,cut into cubes


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In an 8×8-inch baking dish, add the rice, onion soup, beef broth, and butter, then stir well.

  3. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
