How To Make No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the zucchini lengthwise, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce.

Place a layer of zucchini slices on top of the sauce.

Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on top of the zucchini.

Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of zucchini on top.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
