How To Make Instant Pot Quick and Easy Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, then drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the Instant Pot and sauté for 2 minutes.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Lock the lid in place and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, use the quick release method to release the pressure.

Remove the lid and stir the sauce. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
