How To Make Baked Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu, pressed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

Arrange the tofu slices on the baking sheet and brush them with the marinade mixture on both sides.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
