How To Make Baked Sea Bass with Romesco Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Romesco Sauce:
- 2 roasted red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the sea bass fillets in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Carefully flip the fillets and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, prepare the romesco sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine roasted red bell peppers, almonds, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
