How To Make Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 large eggplants, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

Arrange the eggplant slices in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.
