- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, parsley, and chives.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
