  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.

  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans over the crust.

  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
