How To Make Banana Cupcakes
Delicious and moist banana flavored cupcakes that are perfect for a small gathering.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting, if desired.
