How To Make Melon & ginger sharbat recipe

Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized melon, peeled and diced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 4 cups of chilled water
- 1/4 cup of honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, add the melon, ginger, and chilled water.

Blend until smooth and well combined.

Place a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the mixture into the strainer, pressing down with a spoon to extract all the juice.

Discard the pulp left in the strainer.

Add honey and lemon juice to the melon-ginger juice and mix well until the honey is dissolved.

Transfer the sharbat to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.

Serve the chilled melon & ginger sharbat in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
