Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cucumbers, lemon juice, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.

  3. Add the remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well.

  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness and tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with cucumber slices or lemon wedges, if desired.
