  • 8 fresh clementines
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice of the clementines into a pitcher.

  2. Add the mint leaves and honey to the pitcher and muddle them together using a muddler or the back of a spoon.

  3. Fill each glass with ice cubes.

  4. Pour the clementine-mint mixture evenly into each glass.

  5. Top each glass with sparkling water and gently stir.

  6. Garnish with extra mint leaves.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
