Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup Prosecco
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and pit the peaches, then cut them into chunks.

  2. Place the peach chunks, Prosecco, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap.

  4. Place the pan in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the edges start to freeze.

  5. Using a fork, scrape the frozen edges towards the center. Repeat every 30 minutes for about 2 hours, or until the entire mixture is frozen and has an icy texture.

  6. Serve the Bellini granita in chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh peach slices, if desired.
