- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
