  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
