How To Make Gin & Tonic Ice Lollies

Ingredients
- 2 cups of tonic water
- 1/4 cup of gin
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Sliced lime and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine tonic water, gin, lime juice, lime zest, and honey. Stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.

Once frozen, remove the lollies from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.

Garnish with slices of lime and mint leaves before serving.
