  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ready-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Stir in the chopped pecans.

  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
