How To Make Orange Meringue Pie

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt until well combined.
