Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  3. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 3 hours to firm up.
