  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Fold in the semisweet, white, and milk chocolate chips.

  6. Fill each cupcake liner 3/4 full with the batter.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  8. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting or serving.
