
How To Make Coffee & Caramel Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in the milk and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the coffee mixture. Mix until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, drizzle each one with caramel sauce.
