How To Make Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter until smooth.

Add the milk and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
