Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.

  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Stir the chocolate and cream together until smooth and well combined.

  5. Stir in the sea salt.

  6. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  7. Dip each toast into the olive oil, making sure to coat both sides.

  8. Serve the chocolate ganache in bowls, garnished with a sprinkle of sea salt.

  9. Serve with the olive oil-coated toasts on the side.
