- 3 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the milk and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
