How To Make Baileys Irish Cream Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract and Baileys Irish Cream, and mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Do not overbake.

Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for about 15 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
