How To Make O’Charley’s Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe
Classic Caesar salad made with crisp romaine, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and grilled chicken.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup of croutons
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.

Top with sliced chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
