How To Make O’Charley’s Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

Classic Caesar salad made with crisp romaine, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  3. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

  4. In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.

  5. Top with sliced chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  6. Serve immediately.
