- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 4 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 4 triangles.

Place a tablespoon of chopped chocolate at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the croissants with beaten egg.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
