How To Make Joella’s Pickles Recipe

Ingredients
- 4-5 small pickling cucumbers
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dill seeds
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Wash and slice cucumbers into rounds or spears.

In a pot, heat vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until dissolved.

Place dill seeds, black peppercorns, granulated garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using) into a jar.

Add cucumbers to the jar and pour in the vinegar mixture until they are completely covered.

Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least one week before serving.
